June Monthly Updates

Monthly updates on the Portfolio below. I have since divested Singpost & Healthway to invest in more REITs. Taken profit for Singpost and some small losses (brokerage fees and small change in stock price) for Healthway to invest in higher yielding REITs. Portfolio is such that 50% various industries and 50% real estate type now.

Will probably not invest more funds in July as I need to build up my war chest for better opportunities. Anyway investing in bigger amounts helps to save on brokerage fees. :P

NOL unfortunately didn't do well for the past few years, still holding on hoping that it can break even eventually. Have taken 2 lot of losses and vested in Singpost, the profit made was enough to cover the losses. Maybe I should consider divesting the rest of NOL and try to earn the losses back. :`(
